If posting tickets back, please include a small note outlining your request. In person, Ticketek will only provide a refund back to the original purchaser with photo ID. Patrons who purchased tickets with cash or EFTPOS can visit Ticketek in person at their Head Office Agency or post their tickets back for a full cheque refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including your ticket insurance premium, if relevant) and you do not need to take any action.
